May I place my order over the phone?

Can I purchase Dino Lingo products in retail stores?

Currently, Dino Lingo products are only available online.

Can I purchase as a gift?

If you want to include a special message for your recipient, simply send us a request via email immediately following your purchase. Once we receive it, we will make sure that your special message is included with your gift package. You can also purchase a gift card here. 

What type of payment methods do you accept?

1- Credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard, Discover, JCB and American Express. 2- Paypal. 3- Money orders. 4- Apple pay. 5- Bank money wire or eft. 5- We accept checks only from schools and libraries in the USA. Alternatively, you may choose to call us directly to discuss payment methods with a live representative.

I want to buy more than one set, is there a discount?

Most of our customers purchase more than one set. Please contact us directly if you purchase in bulk or your purchase amount exceeds $2,000. We would be able to provide you a special coupon code. 

I just placed an order, and realized my shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?

Email us immediately with your correct shipping address. If your package has not been shipped, we will forward your information to the shipping department and process the update to the shipping label. If the parcel has been shipped, we will ship you another parcel and Dino Lingo will claim a dispute with USPS or UPS. 

How can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed within couple of hours of receiving payment. Please contact us immediately.

I found your products on different websites, is there a difference?

We work with a number of online stores worldwide for our physical and digital products. In general, there are no price differences between our products. There may be promotional, shipping, and tax differences depending on the website. Every company is responsible for its content and policies. If you suspect anything of a website carrying our products, please let us know immediately.

What is the story behind Dino Lingo?

Dino Lingo is developed, produced and distributed by Dino Lingo, Inc. We were founded in 2010 in Fort Myers, Florida, USA. Dino Lingo is the result of a multiple-year study in which several language learning programs, infant learning material, pedagogical studies, and focus groups were surveyed. Upon analyzing the results of the study, we designed a product, which parents and children alike, can enjoy while learning. Dino Lingo is a registered corporation under the Florida Division of State, Department of Corporations. Dino Lingo is also a registered trademark, by US Patent and Trademark office. I placed an order via "Standard Shipping", I haven't received my package yet.

Dino Lingo ships hundreds of packages, every week worldwide. 99% of the time, our packages are delivered to the correct address, right on time. Most international packages are delivered in two to three weeks, but in some countries it may take longer. Please remember if you ordered via "Standard Shipping" we cannot track your package after it leaves the United States. If you still haven't received your package after 30 days, please read below.

Your package may be held at your local post office.

This is a common situation. If you are not home during delivery hours, your postal provider may choose to not leave the package at your door (unless otherwise instructed). If this is the case, please check with your local postal provider to ensure that your parcel is not being held at their facility for pickup.

Your package may be held at customs for processing.

Regarding customs, each country has a different process, taking different amounts of time. Due to heavy volume in certain countries, packages may be held for an undisclosed amount of time. In this case, we recommend contacting your local postal provider or customs department in order to supply them with a tracking number (found in confirmation email); this tracking number should enable your postal provider to track your parcel and estimate a delivery time.

If you still can't find your package? Just let us know, we will file a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
